Add Chicken: Place a trivet in the Instant Pot, then place the frozen stuffed chicken breasts on top. You can spray a little olive oil over the chicken for flavor.

– Pressure Cook:Close the lid and set the valve to “Sealing.”
Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook (Manual) mode for 15 minutes on high pressure.

Natural Release: After the cooking time is up, allow the Instant Pot to natural release for 10 minutes before switching the valve to “Venting” to release any remaining pressure.

Optional Crisping: If you want a crispy outside, you can transfer the chicken to an air fryer or oven and broil at 400°F for 3-5 minutes until golden.
